Welcome to the Mower McLennan Team website! Our website goal is to provide you with quality content for your real estate research and decision-making. I am very pleased that Ruthie McLennan, her husband Charlie and Executive Administrator Nancy Bohlayer have joined our newly formed Mower McLennan Team! Their real estate knowledge, experience, systems and procedures will be heavily utilized to provide you with outstanding customer service. Josue Gomez also joins the team as our Buyer/Showing Agent and Media Specialist.

My background includes 4 Star Chef, building, marketing & selling high-end computers, commercial cleaning company owner and for the last 12 years, residential real estate Agent in the Southern Tier and Finger Lakes region. My wife and business consultant Sinue is a Ceramics Scientist for Corning Incorporated. We have two children, Amia & Noah, who are thriving in our wonderful Southern Tier environment.

Greetings! I’m proud to join the Mower McLennan Team in my new role as Director of Business Development for our dynamic, new team led by Dan Mower, Team Lead Agent & Team Owner. Dan & I worked together for many years as solo Agents before helping to form Keller Williams Realty Southern Tier & Finger Lakes where we are two of the five KW franchise owners.

During my career I have had the opportunity to serve well over 1500 home buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. In this time, I have seen and experienced the growth of communities like Painted Post,Corning, Big Flats, Horseheads, and West Elmira among others. In my new role with the Mower McLennan Team, my focus will be on contacting you to check-in to make sure you know we are here for you if you need anything related to real estate.

When I am not helping buyers and sellers, I enjoy spending time reading, painting, exploring our nearby cities, and traveling to fun destination cities like Las Vegas.

I am thrilled to join The Mower McLennan Team as the Buyer Agent & Marketing Specialist. I am a highly motivated self-starter who loves to help people find the home of their dreams. I love building relationships, prioritizing tasks, providing thoughtful negotiating support and managing Buyers’ time well. My own start-up – VirtualRealty.Biz – will be responsible for taking and processing all the real estate photography, virtual tours, and videography for The Team!

I am a Material Science Engineering with a major in Metal-mechanics (2002) and I also completed a MSc in Advanced Materials with Business at Queen Mary University of London in 2009. The last one, it was the one that made fall in love with Business & Entrepreneurship.

For the past 3 years, I have been working in Real Estate with Daniel Mower as his Business/Operations Manager at Keller Williams Realty STFL helping to close dozens of real estate transactions. I also worked at Corning Incorporated helping to develop a new product called masterpix.com – Managing the day to day Masterpix’s operations while monitoring and managing operational costs. Made strategic decisions about what customers are likely to buy. Market insight through strategic assessment. Developed, with Marketing Communications, promotional activities. I am also an entrepreneur, Blanco & Gomez Wine Merchants Limited (Based in London, UK) and VirtualRealty.Biz (Based in Corning, NY) are two examples of me enjoying bringing things together from simple ideas to real life businesses.

I am bilingual (Spanish & English). When I am not working, I enjoy photography, travelling, running, and riding my bicycle – always pushing my imaginary limits in order to become a better version of myself. In 2019, I will be participating in my very first Ironman 70.3.

As the Executive Administrator, be assured that I will be with you every step of the way throughout the Real Estate transaction process – keeping you informed and updated  from the beginning to the closing of your transaction. If you are a Seller, I will be scheduling your showings, providing you with showing feedback and with a Seller Gateway program for you to view everything about your listing on-line. If you are a Seller or a Buyer,I will keep daily track of structural inspections, mortgage commitment, and stay in close contact with your Attorney to make sure your Real Estate experience goes as smoothly as possible.

Communication is the key to successful contract execution. With the Mower McLennan Team, we make sure communication is our top priority for you. As a Real Estate Agent since 2007, I understand your needs, share in your excitement and look forward to providing you with a positive, stress-free experience.

I am a lifelong resident of the beautiful Southern Tier & Finger Lakes. My family and I enjoy entertaining friends and family, music, traveling and outside activities in our wonderful Finger Lakes region.

As Business Manager for the Team, I unequivocally state ‘I love my job’!

I have -what I consider- an exciting set of Team responsibilities including anything related to finances, the internet, systems development, Team standards, operations reporting and -my absolute favorite duty – marketing. I think the skill set I bring to the Team from my work in IT Systems Development has been helpful in developing and maintaining a quality set of Standard Operating Procedures to ensure the Team provides a consistently high level of service to our clients.

When wife Ruthie started her residential real estate career years ago, I never dreamed I could have so much fun! Ruthie immediately asked for my help learning the profession and supporting her efforts to grow her business. After many years working with Ruthie, I’m excited to continue my real estate career as a member of the Mower McLennan Team!
